Vice President, Campus Infrastructure & Development

Role Overview

The Vice President for Campus Infrastructure & Development provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the University's physical environment, built assets, and infrastructure systems. Reporting to the President or designee, the VPCID ensures that campus facilities, capital projects, information technology coordination, transportation, and public safety functions are aligned with the institution's academic mission, strategic plan, and long-term sustainability goals.

What You Will Do

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all facilities management functions, serve as the University's lead executive for capital construction projects, develop and execute multi-year capital improvement plans, manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, and oversee transportation, parking, and mobility services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, capital construction, or related operations, including at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
