
Job description
The Vice President for Campus Infrastructure & Development provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the University's physical environment, built assets, and infrastructure systems. Reporting to the President or designee, the VPCID ensures that campus facilities, capital projects, information technology coordination, transportation, and public safety functions are aligned with the institution's academic mission, strategic plan, and long-term sustainability goals.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all facilities management functions, serve as the University's lead executive for capital construction projects, develop and execute multi-year capital improvement plans, manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, and oversee transportation, parking, and mobility services.
This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in facilities management, capital construction, and operational administration. The VPCID will lead complex infrastructure initiatives, manage significant operating and capital budgets, and oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and future-ready campus environment.
