Assembler Coordinator

Role Overview

The Assembler Coordinator assists the supervisor in meeting production goals by performing semi-skilled manual duties, exercising independent judgment, and ensuring work is performed at a quality level consistent with Wabash's standard practice.

What You Will Do

Primary duties include assisting the supervisor to meet production goals, leading a team of hourly employees, performing semi-skilled manual duties, and adhering to safety plans.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal skills
• High School degree or G.E.D. equivalent
• Good people skills
• Ability to learn and run required computer applications
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to understand and apply engineering specifications, change orders, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
