
Job description
The Assembler Coordinator assists the supervisor in meeting production goals by performing a variety of semi-skilled manual duties, requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment, and safety precautions. The role involves exercising independent judgment and ensuring work is performed at a quality level consistent with Wabash’s standard practice.
Primary duty is to assist supervisor to meet production goals as outlined by the supervisor. Leading a team of hourly employees. To perform a variety of semi-skilled manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions.
Good attendance is critical, and coordinator is required to report all absences directly to supervisor. Must be willing and able to work overtime.
