Role Overview

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding and efficiently directing all processes, people, and resources assigned. Success in this role is determined by the ability to cultivate and nurture a positive team environment; supervising, developing, and guiding team members; uphold quality control operations while emphasizing safety, ethics, integrity, and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Certify team members' training, maintain compliance items, audit projects and laboratories, review test results, and implement process control changes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
