
Job description
The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management, ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
The Shift Lead will be responsible for customer experience, operations, and training & personal development. They will engage customers, resolve customer issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
The Shift Lead will be a fit for someone who is able to model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, and has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
