Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical systems and/or equipment maintenance
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
• Minimum of high school graduation or equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, tools, and safety procedures
• Flexibility to change work schedule or work additional hours as needed to meet customer demands and production schedule
