Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor role at Walker Industries in Duntroon, ON, Canada, responsible for supervising daily operations of the aggregate processing plant, ensuring high-quality output, team performance, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus a 3-year college diploma (CET, Operations Management, or Business)
• Valid G-Class Ontario driver's license in good standing
• 5–7 years in aggregate, quarry, or related operations, including supervisory responsibilities
• Proven ability to lead teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with site plans and KPI reporting
• Experience with drilling and blasting (an asset)
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and WHMIS
