Quarry Superintendent

As Quarry Superintendent, you'll lead day-to-day operations at our Duntroon Quarry, supervising a team of 40+ employees, and ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and production goals are met. Your leadership will be key in maintaining efficiency, fostering a positive team culture, and upholding our commitment to community and regulatory engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus a 3-year college diploma (CET, Operations Management, or Business)
• Valid G-Class Ontario driver's license in good standing
• 5–7 years in aggregate, quarry, or related operations, including supervisory responsibilities
