Job Description
The Business Development Manager reports to the CSMO and is responsible for driving revenue growth through new account acquisition, expansion within key customers, and disciplined management of broker relationships.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years experience in sales or business development within CPG, natural products, or related industries
- Proven track record of securing new retail or distribution accounts
- Experience working with broker networks and distributor partners
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools preferred
