The Shipping and Receiving Team Lead oversees the loading dock operations at the Fence Production Facility, ensuring efficient, secure, and accurate shipments of finished goods while maintaining a safe and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Forklift certification
• DOT certification
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Basic math skills and proficiency with measuring tape
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong professional communication skills
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
