Harmful Sexual Behaviour Practitioner - Ref: CH01826

As a Harmful Sexual Behaviour Practitioner, you will support children and young people with their harmful sexual behaviours, working with their families and professionals to develop and implement risk management and safety plans. You will use tools such as AIM3 assessments and therapeutically informed interventions to explore areas such as sexual behaviours, boundaries, and consent.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable
• Substantial experience of working with children, young people, and their families
• Good understanding of healthy, problematic, and harmful sexual behaviours
• Ability to work with sensitive and emotive topics
