Residential Childcare Worker (Casual) - Ref: CH01026

We are seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in Walsall, West Midlands, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct care of children living in our children's homes, engaging with them, and achieving positive outcomes. A relevant qualification of Level 3 residential child care or equivalent and experience within the residential sector are required. The post is part-time and casual, with no guaranteed hours. The salary is G6 £31,537 (pro-rata if part-time), plus sleep-ins as required. The ideal candidate will be resilient, robust, and resourceful, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a day.
