Jefe/a de Turno - Planta Industrial

We're seeking a Shift Manager for a leading industrial company in the continuous process environment. The role involves supervising productive operations, coordinating plant operators, and detecting incidents. The successful candidate will have a technical profile, operational leadership skills, and experience in industrial plants or sectors.

Requirements

• Higher Technical Training in industrial branches
• Experience in continuous process industrial environments
• Experience in industrial plants or sectors such as mining, cement, industrial minerals, aggregates, ceramics, or bulk materials
• Knowledge of plant operation and industrial productive processes
• Valuable experience with production control systems (SCADA, Industrial ERP, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance of industrial installations
• Operational leadership capacity and coordination of teams
• Practical profile and oriented to the plant, with predisposition to get involved in operation
• Ability to resolve incidents and make decisions in a productive environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally within an industrial project

• Initial salary: 37,500€ brutos per year + night shift and Saturday bonuses
