Walters Group is a family-owned steel construction company that designs, fabricates, and constructs unique and complex commercial and industrial projects throughout North America. We are seeking a Loader to join our team at the Princeton Fabrication Facility.

Requirements

• Ability to operate forklift and other machinery.
• Ability to operate overhead crane.
• Knowledge of transportation requirements and load building including proper blocking and dunnage placement.
• Understanding of weight balance and center of gravity.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Accurate recordkeeping.
• Strong time management skills.
• Advanced problem solving skills.
• A team player, who can interrelate and operate efficiently with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment.
