Customer Success Manager position responsible for driving and executing an Enterprise Customer journey, developing collaboration plans, and ensuring customer success. Ideal candidate has several years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B Enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Several years of proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B Enterprise environments
- Proven experience working in startups or fast-paced, fast-changing, organisations
- Strong understanding and experience with technical products, preferably in the robotics, software development, or deep tech sectors
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet your Customers and attend trade fairs
