Junior Cost Estimator

As a Junior Cost Estimator, you will support construction estimating efforts for projects across North America, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to evaluate pricing, analyze scope, and ensure accurate cost information throughout each project phase.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction or similar
• Preferred two or more years as a Junior Estimator or Project Engineer for commercial construction projects
• Experience with large commercial and industrial projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimating software
