Horse Camp Counselor - Summer Staff 2026

Counselors are key caregivers for campers, assisting with planning activities, teaching skills, and ensuring camper safety and well-being. Counselors work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and campers. They provide a supportive environment and foster camper growth. The role requires 24-hour coverage of on-camp housing.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain or be certified in First Aid/CPR.
• Understand the development needs of youth.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
