Job Description
We're looking for a natural content creator who's deeply embedded in social trends, creator culture, and platform innovation. As a Social-First Creative, you'll be responsible for creating viral content, filming, editing, and delivering highly engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a creative in a social agency preferred
- Proven experience in social-first content creation
- Strong video editing skills for TikTok and Reels
- Confident filming and directing small-scale shoots
- Comfortable turning around quick-fire content daily
- Ability to create lo-fi content aligned with platform trends
- Strong balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
- Hyper-organised with excellent project and asset management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams
- Passion for culture, music, and digital storytelling
