This HR Generalist position will provide professional human resources services and consultation to an assigned operating region, including recruitment, employee relations, and development and training of employees and management.

Requirements

• Advises staff members and supervisors on grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
• Recruits qualified candidates for vacant positions, screens applications, and conducts interviews.
• Maintains programs to attract qualified candidates and coordinates hiring processes.
