Job Description
The Cook- The Grill is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cook. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a wide variety of food items, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring food safety and quality standards. The role requires teamwork and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Culinary degree or Accredited certification (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in a related role
- Skill in cooking and preparing a variety of foods
- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls and other baked goods
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business papers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and exceed expectations
- Demonstrated organization and coordination skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Physical stamina for warehouse work
