The role focuses on building and maintaining robust patient registries, quality metrics, and clinical reporting solutions that drive value-based care initiatives and improved patient outcomes.

• Epic Healthy Planet certification
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Epic Healthy Planet application build and configuration experience
• Demonstrated expertise in registry build, care gap configuration, and quality metric development
• Proficiency with Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and SQL-based measure development
