Requirements

- Epic Healthy Planet certification
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Epic Healthy Planet application build and configuration experience
- Demonstrated expertise in registry build, care gap configuration, and quality metric development
- Proficiency with Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and SQL-based measure development
