Job Description
The Contracts and Legal Claims Specialist oversees contracts management and contract lifecycle, from drafting and preparation to execution, and is responsible for coordinating claims and legal matters with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Oversite and daily management of the health system's Contract administrative function
- Management of health system policies and numbered memorandums lifecycle
- Subpoena intake and management
- Daily management of the health system's Public Record Request website
- Supporting the Vice President and Chief Compliance & Risk Officer with management of litigation claims and other legal matter logistics
