Job Description
Responsible for analyzing private pay inpatient accounts to determine government programs coverage, assisting patients with Medi-Cal coverage, and processing charity care applications.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or business school with courses in typing, English and Mathematics
- 1 year experience in a Heathcare setting completing of Medi-Cal applications with the State
- Knowledge of State Government regulations with regards to Medi-Cal eligibility and application process preferred
- Experience with Windows Operating System and Windows based programs
- Proficiency in using EHR systems, Epic preferred, and other healthcare software
