Job Description
Directs and manages organizational and administrative functions related to the Medical Staff Services Department, including staffing, credentialing, privileging, and financial management. Collaborates with Medical Staff Leadership to develop and maintain support structures necessary for the Medical Staff to carry out its duties and responsibilities. Requires comprehensive expertise and knowledge in Medical Staff related issues, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work with diverse cultures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Staff Management (Required)
- Possession of a valid certificate as a Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) or Credentials Specialist (CPCS) (Preferred)
