Associate Director, Experiential Production

Role Overview

The Associate Director, Production is an integral position on Wasserman's Experiential Team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. This role will ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients.

What You Will Do

Own various components of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, support in the strategic development of activation concepts, work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery, manage vendor relationships, and develop project budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 6 – 8 years relevant / increasing operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the experiential landscape and proven ability to deliver projects from the ground up
• Confidence to present and communicate with senior clients
• Ability to independently craft complex, nuanced written communications for internal and external outreach
• Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and mentor junior staff, providing structured feedback and day-to-day support
• Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality
• Lead and inspire other team members, generate positive morale
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times
• Ability to travel onsite for activations and programs
• Agency experience preferred

Benefits

• Base salary range: $75K-90K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role
