The Director, Experience is a senior position on the Experiential team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of agency projects from brief to execution. The role involves strategic leadership of accounts, client relationship management, and team management.
Manage a small team, provide project guidance and leadership, develop and present strategic work, and support the strategic development of activation concepts.
We're looking for a candidate with 7+ years of relevant event agency experience, a deep understanding of the experiential landscape, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
