Job Description
VIP Host at PBR Norfolk. The VIP Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The VIP Host facilitates all VIP guest reservation requests, greets all VIP guests, and builds guest loyalty.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in high volume elevated dining restaurant in a metropolitan market
- Experience with online booking platforms such as OpenTable, Seven Rooms
- Detail oriented with effective communication and written skills
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, etc.)
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
- Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Maintain confidentiality of company and VIP information
