Universal Banker I - Sign-on Bonus!

Universal Banker I position is responsible for assisting customers in a dual role, focused on delivering outstanding service with every customer interaction. The Universal Banker will perform teller transactions, service existing customers, and offer product and service solutions to existing customers or prospects when appropriate and beneficial.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• Banker Certification within 6 months of hire/promotion date
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associate’s Degree in business or related field (preferred)
