Maintenance Technician II

As a Maintenance Technician II at Waterton, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. You will complete unit make-readies, conduct preventative maintenance, complete service requests, perform janitorial duties, and maintain a hazard-free community.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems
• EPA-CFC Certification
• EPA-LBP certification for properties older than 1978
