Logistics Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Logistics Manager to lead and elevate our Import & Export logistics operations at Watkins Wellness. This role is responsible for shaping how products move across borders, providers, and distribution networks, balancing cost, service, and scalability while enabling business growth.

What You Will Do

Design and optimize logistics networks, lead the analysis, design, and optimization of distribution and transportation networks, manage strategic initiatives end to end to improve service levels, efficiency, and long-term capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Customs, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, and or Supply Chain within global or multinational environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven experience managing transportation, 3PLs, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes, costs, regulations, and operations across Mexico, the United States, and international markets.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, project management, data analysis, and structured problem solving.
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
