The Patient Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the supply chain management of clinical trial materials, ensuring timely delivery to support patient operations. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and the unique challenges associated with cell and gene therapies.

Requirements

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies specific to clinical trials in cell and gene therapy.
• Provide training and oversee the hiring of operations specialists to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all supply chain activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and respective procedures
• Oversee the logistics of shipping clinical trial materials to sites globally by collaborating with logistics partners to manage temperature-controlled shipments as required by cell and gene therapies.
• Analyse supply chain processes regularly to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
