Maintenance Mechanic Lead

We're Watts, a leading brand in water solutions, and we're looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Mechanic Lead to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, prioritizing resources, and ensuring accuracy and quality in the maintenance department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, be able to troubleshoot complex issues, and have experience with leading teams and coaching employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
• Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized trade qualification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright
• 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of Continuous Pouring Equipment for Composite Production
• Electrical minor or equivalent
