We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water. The Product Manager role plays a critical role in shaping and managing the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned product lines through end-of-life cycle to drive optimize profit, sales and brand objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering/Marketing or related field experience, MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally within target markets related to the specific product line, with proven successful track record.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or related technical markets.
- Proven leadership ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building strong team relationships.
- Proactive, creative work style and a self-starter.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) required.
