The Production Lab Technician performs quality control testing, chemical blending, and in-process testing activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree or completed coursework in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or related scientific field required
- 2 + years of hands‐on experience in a chemistry lab, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated experience working under GMP and ISO‐based quality systems
- Strong understanding of chemical handling, laboratory testing, and quality control principles
- Ability to accurately interpret visual indicators, including color‐based test results and observable changes in chemical powders or reactions, as required for quality control and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and test methods relevant to chemical manufacturing
- Strong documentation, recordkeeping, and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within production and quality teams
