Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Head of Growth (Web 3 Portfolio) to lead Web3 portfolio expansion with expertise in Web3 growth strategies, crypto wallet ecosystem, and budget allocation.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Web3 portfolio, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention in crypto wallets and related products.
- Own the budget planning, allocation, and optimization for growth campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI within Web3 channels.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, DAOs, and Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols to craft targeted growth initiatives.
- Build and nurture partnerships within the Web3 community, including influencers, protocol teams, and ecosystem projects to amplify Wallet Vs reach.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities in Web3, adapting growth tactics proactively.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align growth efforts with product development and business objectives.
