Platform Engineer

We're looking for a Platform Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure and developer tooling that underpins the entire Portal engineering team. You'll design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and developer tooling, and support and improve Kubernetes-based deployment workflows and platform services.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with production Terraform/IaC experience.
• Strong RBAC/IAM knowledge at cloud/infrastructure level; experience with application/product-level IAM or multi-tenancy is highly valuable.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Security and networking fundamentals: you are a hands-on builder, not just a reviewer
• Experience as part of a support or on-call rotation
• A strong communicator who can coach and guide application developers, not just build in isolation
• A product mindset: you think about the developer experience and build tools that genuinely improve how the team works
• High autonomy and ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes in a fast-moving team
