What You Will Do

Assist customers with insurance quotes, coverage options, and policy recommendations, answer questions regarding policies, billing, and coverage updates, process policy changes and maintain accurate customer records, follow up with leads and opportunities to help grow the agency’s customer base, conduct coverage reviews and help customers understand their protection options, provide friendly, responsive service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
