Join White Cap's Accelerated Sales Program to fast-track your sales career and work in a diverse environment with career opportunities. As an Account Manager, you'll participate in training, develop sales skills, and work with sales leaders to build customer relationships.
Participate in classroom and on-the-job training, prepare and execute account plans, sell White Cap's value proposition and products, and enter and process customer orders.
This role requires strong communication skills, self-governance, and a competitive nature. You'll work independently and be accountable for delivering on metrics. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
