Job Description
Weed Man is seeking a hands-on lawn care service leader to lead lawn technicians, manage daily production, and deliver consistent service quality in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold technicians accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven service environment
- Organized, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing weather and seasonal demands
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
