This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development.
Requirements
- Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market.
- Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources.
- Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.
- Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
