Solutions Engineer (CPAs Preferred)

Solutions Engineer role for one of Weekday's clients, requiring 6-10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, with a focus on finance domain credibility and ability to engage with finance leaders.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting
• Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems
• Thorough understanding of the finance function, including priorities and operations of controllers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic conceptual knowledge of software and AI architectures, APIs, and ability to analyze workflows and usage challenges
• Strong analytical mindset with methodical approach to solving problems
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Availability to work standard US business hours (ET/PT) on weekdays
