Business Systems Manager

Weezie is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the implementation of its ERP system and establish the foundation for its internal systems as it scales. The role will involve owning ERP delivery, building and executing the systems roadmap, and streamlining systems to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in business systems, ERP ownership, or operations technology and be proficient in SQL and familiar with scripting for data validation and automation.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in business systems, ERP ownership, or operations technology
• Led or owned a full ERP or mission-critical system implementation
• Strong understanding of systems across ecommerce, supply chain, or operations environments
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and SaaS-based architectures
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with scripting (Python or similar) for data validation, automation, and integration support
• Able to move between strategic system design and hands-on execution
• Structured thinker who can trace workflows and data across systems
• Clear communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders
• Strong point of view on best practices for data integrity, system reliability, and scalable design
