Fulfillment Supervisor

Weezie is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and production operations inside our Austell facility. This role is responsible for driving operational execution across labor planning, workflow prioritization, throughput, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or operations experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, retail operations, hospitality, or another fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Strong people leader who builds accountability, coaches performance, and motivates teams to operate at a high level
• Highly organized and operationally minded, with strong judgment, prioritization, and real-time problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using operational data to improve execution and team performance
• Clear, direct communicator who can create alignment, deliver feedback effectively, and stay composed under pressure
• Hands-on, dependable leader who leads by example and enjoys rolling up your sleeves alongside your team
• Curious, resilient, and solution-oriented, with high standards for execution
