Eligibility and Coverage Advocate

This is a hybrid role with regular onsite presence required to support team and operational needs at WelbeHealth, a company transforming senior care by providing an all-inclusive healthcare option. The Eligibility & Coverage Advocate will assist enrolled participants in maintaining eligibility for state and federal benefits and collaborate with colleagues to promote the WelbeHealth values and mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant Medi-Cal/Medicaid enrollment experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking to seniors in a caring manner
