Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in delivering high-quality legal services, contract management, and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 - 6 years of experience with in-house legal department
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Demonstrated experience reviewing different types of contracts
• Knowledge and experience in applying compliance and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in using contract management software and tools
