The Manager II, Compliance will partner with the Compliance Department in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Compliance Program that supports and promotes a Companywide culture of ethics and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, life sciences, consulting, audit, data analytics, or other roles supporting regulated or complex environments.
- Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply, federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including Federal Healthcare Program requirements and FDA regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience supporting or managing transparency reporting programs, including federal Open Payments and applicable state reporting requirements a plus.
