Job Description
The Sr. Vice President, Head of Supply Chain leads the strategy, performance, and profitability of the Wellness and Vitality Exchange (WAVE) business unit. The role focuses on scaling the WAVE platform through operational excellence, strong supplier partnerships, and technology-enabled supply chain capabilities.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness, retail, or franchise-driven businesses
- Proven track record of optimizing global supply chains and implementing transformation across people, processes, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently engage diverse stakeholders
