The Vice President of New Store Openings (NSO) and Transfers is responsible for defining and owning the strategic vision for enterprise-wide new store growth, ramp performance, and franchisee profitability across all WellBiz Brands business units.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site consumer services (e.g., fitness, wellness, beauty, retail, or franchising).
- Proven success owning or significantly influencing revenue-driving functions, unit economics, or business performance metrics.
- Deep expertise in presale strategy and execution, with demonstrated success driving strong Day 1 revenue and rapid ramp to profitability.
- Experience leading leaders, including Director-level and above, and building scalable, high-performing organizations.
- Strong background in franchise operations, including new store openings, transfers, and multi-unit growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or evolving environments.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership presence, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) preferred.
