
Job description
The Client Transitions Analyst will support the operational aspects of client and fund transitions, working closely with various teams to ensure a consistent service model and mitigate risk. The role involves internal coordination, external communication, and collaboration with custodian banks, third-party accounting agents, and other vendors.
The CTA will be responsible for ensuring timely and consistent delivery of account opening documentation, orchestrating custodial and market openings, and coordinating asset in-kind processing. They will also assist with transition manager asset-in-kind coordination and create model accounts for transitions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, sound business judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and possess a high degree of independence and teamwork skills.
