The Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading a team that delivers successful software deployments for clients, ensuring satisfaction of contractual obligations and achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day execution of clinical consultants' client projects
• Monitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal productivity
• Forecast revenue and utilization and partner with leadership to determine capacity planning and resource alignment
• Assume the role of project sponsor and maintain regular communication with clients
• Contribute ideas to enhance project delivery and drive leadership-directed process changes
• Build an effective team by cultivating culture and coaching consultant best practices
